FAQs

Can you bring samples to my home?

Yes. We can visit you at a time that suits you, and we'll bring a wide range of samples so you can choose your new flooring in the comfort of your own home. Please visit the Contact Us page to arrange a visit.

Do you offer a fitting service?

Yes and we only use trusted teams to install our floorings. You only pay the fitting team the final balance when the flooring is installed and you are completely satisfied.

How long will it take to get my flooring fitted?

We aim to fit your new flooring within 2 weeks of you placing an order with us. We will work with you to agree a date and time that suits you.

Do I need to pay for the materials upfront?

Yes. We source bespoke materials to fit your room sizes. You can pay via debit/credit card or bank transfer once you have chosen your flooring. This just leaves the fitting fee payable to the fitting team upon completion.

Do I need to move my furniture out of the room?

We can move all of your furniture, or just the heavier items, if you need us to. Please ask for details.

Do I need to uplift and dispose of the old flooring?

No. We can remove and dispose of all your old flooring and underlay if you need us to. Our fitting teams have waste carrier licences and you can rest assured that we will dispose of your old flooring in the correct manner. We recycle all materials that are suitable to be recycled. Please ask for details.

Can I place an order online?

No. We will need to visit your home to measure your rooms so that we can provide you with an accurate quote. We will of course bring samples of all our flooring with us.

Is your service Covid secure?

Yes. During our visit to your home, and the subsequent fitting, our staff will observe all Covid secure protocols and social distancing.

How long is your flooring guaranteed for?

Most of our floorings have a minimum wear and stain warranty of at least 7 years. We will go through all of your warranties once you have chosen your new flooring.

What if i'm not completely satisfied?

We pride ourselves on offering a personalised service, and our aim is to leave all our customers 100% satisfied and eager to recommend us to their friends. Our fitters will conduct a visual inspection of all the new floorings with you before they leave to ensure you a happy. But if you do have any issues or questions following installation please contact us and we will always do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.
