We offer a FREE home visit to all of our customers. This helps us to understand your requirements and allows us measure and plan prior to ordering your new flooring.

We offer a furniture removal service where we can move all of your furniture, or just the heavier items. As properties and rooms vary in size, our flooring experts will visit your home and provide a free quote based on your individual circumstances. Our starting price to move furniture is £40 per room.

We offer a full uplift and disposal service if you don't want to, or can't, remove your old flooring. Let us do it for you. We will dispose of your old flooring in the correct manner and recycle where possible. Our price for uplifting and disposing of an average sized room is £55.

If your existing sub-floor is not perfect, don't worry. We offer a full sub floor preparation service which includes Latex Screeding, Ply Boarding and more.

We only supply quality flooring products to suit your requirements. Once you have chosen your new flooring, our trusted and recommended fitting teams can install it to the highest standards. After installation, we will vacuum your new flooring as standard, so it's in top condition and ready for you to enjoy.

If you would like Assured Flooring Ltd to arrange for your new floor coverings to be installed (“fitted”), you agree to appoint Assured Flooring Ltd to act as your agent to arrange the fitting of your product(s). Alternatively, you may purchase the product(s) from us and make your own separate arrangements for the product(s) to be fitted. 

Should you wish Assured Flooring Ltd to arrange fitting, we will identify a third party fitter (or fitters) we believe suitable to install your product(s), and we will liaise with you and the fitter(s) to arrange a suitable date for installation. You authorise us to enter into an oral contract for the fitting of your product(s) with independent self-employed sub-contractors, in your name and on your behalf. You also authorise us to enter into an oral contract for any additional associated services you have asked us to arrange (such as the moving of furniture, and the uplifting and disposal of your current floorings).

The contract for the fitting and additional associated services will be under a separate agreement between you and the fitter(s). You must pay the fitter(s) for their services upon completion of their work, the cost of which is confirmed on your invoice. All fitting sub-contractors arranged by Assured Flooring Ltd have their own separate public liability insurance (details are available upon request). Assured Flooring Ltd. accepts no liability for any damage, defect or dissatisfaction associated with the fitting and additional associated services provided under contract between you and the fitter(s). This does not affect your rights in respect of the product(s) purchased directly from Assured Flooring Ltd.

The fitting costs are payable in cash, directly to the fitting sub-contractors upon completion of their work, and after the installed products have been inspected by you or another person appointed by you to review the installation.
